Thank you for shopping with Robetradr, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Promotional items.
  • Customised or personalized items.
3. Return Process
  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@robetradr.com with your order details.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable 
5. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only offered if an item is defective or damaged or sizing is wrong 
  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@robetradr.com
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
